Definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone to book this company as the customer service is the worst i ever encounter . 7 years in Dubai , i have never seen that . I got a gelish manicure & pedicure for 288 aed ( which is quiet expensive for the quality of the products they use ) and after 5 days , the manicure got completely spoiled , and on some nails it was gone . I requested them to send someone to remove it for free and their only answer was : We can not provide it , we are a big company. Very rude answer I send many whatsapp , tried to call no one was answering I will definitively complain to DED As ab advice , don’t waste your time and stay away from this company. I should have trusted the reviews . And thanks to the management and the customer care for being that unprofessional 0/10 quality 0/10 customer service 0/10 experience

Definitely wouldn’t recommend anyone to book this company as the quality of the products used by the staff is below average and of poor quality . I requested them to do Acrylic Nail extensions for me where the products used were of below average quality, Upon requesting to speak to the owner or a manager on several occasions, they started speaking back to me very rudely. Have already filed a complaint with DED. Don’t waste your time and stay away from this company. Thanks to the entire management of Nboutique for not bothering to keep a “repeat customer”, 0/10 quality 0/10 customer service 0/10 experience
